Come to the Heritage Museum for the opportunity to meet some local indigenous artisans. Admire their work, see their craft in action, and have the opportunity to support them through purchasing of their work. 

Information for artists / vendors:

Bring your artistic talents to the Heritage Museum for Sunday, Oct. 1 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Add some flare to our community through colour, creation, and style with your unique inventions and design. Exhibition and sale of your work or product is welcome. This is an opportunity to advertise or brand your work and treat the public to your local skills. 

Fee: FREE!!!

Mediums: Drawings, paintings, photography, textiles (clothing), sculpture, multimedia and digital g
raphics are all acceptable. Please be advised that space is limited.

Set Up & Space: 6 x 2.5 feet – in-house tables provided, but are limited – tables will be given on a first come first serve basis. Set up will be on Oct. 1 from 10:30 – 12:00 pm. Take down will be from 4:15 pm -5:15 pm. Anything not sold during the show must be removed from premises, which is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or over, reside within Wetaskiwin City, County or Maskwacis and have an indigenous heritage to qualify. A registration form must be completed – one form per exhibitor.

Submission & Deadline: Registration Sheet must be submitted to the Heritage Museum (5007 – 50 Ave Wetaskiwin) or by email (wdhm@persona.ca) no later than October 1, 12:00 pm.
